The Hubby took me to Griffith Observatory for the first time for our third anniversary in May (yes, these photos are delayed). Time seems to fly by whether or not you're doing the mundane things or having the time of your life. Either way, it's a blessing to be able to share these things with someone you love.

One + One = Two

2 yrs and still going...
I'm delighted to say that as of May 26th, 2009, my Hubby and I have been married for 2 years! I'm sure that doesn't sound like a whole lot but hey, every year counts, right? We decided to keep it low-key and have a picnic reminiscent of the day we got engaged.

Of course there is still much to be learned in regards to love, patience, conflict resolutions, character building, spiritual teamwork, etc. etc., but I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store for years to come!

The friendship between a man and a woman which does not lead to marriage or desire for marriage may be a life long experience of the greatest value to themselves and to all their circle of acquaintance and of activity; but for this type of friendship both a rare man and a rare woman are needed. Perhaps it should be added that either the man or the woman thus deeply bound in lifelong friendship who seeks marriage must find a still rarer man or woman to wed, to make such a three cornered comradeship a permanent success.

I've found my best friend for life.

Cheers!
